Networking Opportunities

Networking with educators and leaders is the process of building and maintaining professional relationships to exchange information, ideas, and opportunities that can enhance personal and career growth. Staff working in child care and child and family programs on reserve in Ontario are invited to attend.

The IPLO Coordinators host the Networking sessions similar to a sharing circle providing opportunities for each voice to be heard, respected, and valued. This is a traditional practice in some Indigenous communities and are designed to ensure everyone has an equal opportunity to share their opinions and ideas.
